I am looking to head to Moab in June 2023 for Bronco Off-Roadeo. Does anyone know when the calendar will open for 2023?

Summer dates will likely be opened in the spring. Typically 2 to 4 months out, so I would start checking around February or March for June dates.

My daughter and I have taken delivery of our Broncos and plan on attending Moab in early April 2023. Does anyone have any idea when the dates for April will be released? We don't want to miss out on reservations to attend, because this will be our only opportunity to go to Moab in 2023. Thanks!

Absolutely loved the Off-Roadeo outside Moab. Learned so much and had a blast out there. Already looking forward to going back with my Bronco.

Kind of surprised they aren't open already. I wonder if they are cutting down the number of dates or trying to avoid Moab's busy season.

The New Hampshire dates didn't get announced until mid-March last year, but New Hampshire is located at a ski resort and it shut down during ski season (mid-November through end of April).

Yes, I'm kind of surprised that they don't have the dates nailed down yet in order to help with planning and predictability.

Just guessing based on past registration windows: Spring dates (March to April) will probably be opened up for registration in January.

I just checked, but only saw dates in February. I didn't see April populated yet and was told by someone at Off-Roadeo Headquarters to check again in January. Thanks for keeping an eye out...I appreciate it! :-)

When did you go? Lots of people…Broncos? I received my registration info and was looking at the Moab reservation page and it had Friday’s and Saturday's in Jan/Feb available? March or April would be warmer weather and I would be more interested. I’m not sure how it all works…. They let you pick a date? Please share your experience and any thoughts on reservation. Thx!

They let you pick a date, but there is only a certain number of Broncos (and Bronco Sports) available for use each day, which limits the total number of people that can sign up each day. You are allowed 1 Bronco per reservation, and I believe you can have up to 4 people sign up under your reservation if you had any friends/family that want to go (costs extra though).

Some of the locations are open year-round... others are only open in the warmer months. The New Hampshire location, for example, is located at a ski resort and is closed from mid-Nov until the end of April for ski season. Texas is open just about year round. The days of the week they are open will vary by the time of year and the demand, and they typically open up new reservation dates 2-4 months in advance.

You probably already know this considering you live in western Colorado. But Moab's busy season is end of March into April and May... so if you sign up for dates then will likely be a fair amount of people in the area (not just those involved with Bronco Off-Roadeo).

Thanx for your reply. I was assuming I would drive my Bronco. is it a one day guided course with Broncos provided? How many in the group you attended?

A Bronco is provided for you. There is typically one trail guide for every 5 to 8 Broncos, and they ride along getting out to guide, coach, and instruct along the way. It is a 10 hour experience (single day, and Sundays are slightly shorter) that includes ground school instruction at Base Camp, on-trail instruction throughout the day, lunch, dinner, and (weather permitting) a campfire.

April is an excellent time to go...weather is perfect! Yes, you get to pick your own date...and you drive their Bronco.
I was blown away by the entire experience!
