There are those of us with fur/dander allergies who have breathing problems around animals (me, among many others). Unless it is a service animal, perhaps you should think about that and be considerate of others whose situation you may not know.

Just Bronco Off-Roadeo. Pets are not allowed. Children under 12 are also not allowed. For the same reasons.

I would still recommend you going to the OR, even if you can’t take your dog. It is an absolute must for anyone who purchases one. It really provides you with great learning experiences and knowing what this vehicle can do and how capable it is, is invaluable. And it is included with your purchase of your new Bronco, so it would be throwing away money. And you will have years of adventures ahead of you with your pooch. As for other gatherings I have been on with my Bronco, many people take their dogs and youngsters with them.

It would be cool to take you pooch to BOR but you when you learn about your Bronco you can take that pup all over. There are a few Off Road parks that don’t allow animals but most do. If both of my pups fit in the Bronco I would take them everywhere.

From what I've seen it's quite costly all said and done after you include guests, travel, and lodging. Combine that with it being geared towards novices, I have no regrets about skipping it.

What gets me is you need to pay an extra $75 for insurance. You have a spotter, you follow his directions, the truck gets whacked, you have to pay for the truck. I agree with your comments, if I never drove off road I might consider.

The one thing I found I used the most on my trip this fall was the front camera. Never thought this would be the case. Traveling alone it makes trail life a lot better.

The front cam is almost cheating. 😁 Some of the iconic trails at Moab have white markers on the best line, when your nose is pointed at the sky just keep them centered in the camera.

What events are you referring too? If its Bronco off roadeo your so busy the entire time it would be more of a hassel to have them there. Coming from someone who takes her dog literally everywhere.

Yea but it's a good cheating. I had 3 places in Montana that the camera was great. It is really nice if you need to turn around on a shelf road.

It is geared toward noobs but it is also geared toward Bronco specific so it is helpful even if you are a seasoned off roader. One of my take aways was a technique for throttle control. Been doing this for awhile (not a noob but not seasoned either) and no one has ever suggested to plant your heal in the floor board and push the outside of your foot to the center consul, to help with control. Also how to use your parking brake correctly, I use mine every time I get out of the vehicle and when parked. but I wasn't engaging it properly, there is an order of operations to do it right.
But it was easy for me, I live 60 miles from BORT we took the Travel trailer up to Marble Falls and spent a few nights in the area. so I had very little travel/lodging expenses I think it was $45 total for the 4 nights. I get that it is not for everyone, and this is not to try and convince you to go, or feel bad about not going. This is simply for others that might be on the fence.
