Would we still have this if we have used our off-roadeo experience? Do I just need to try a new reservation?

Hey Laura, re. that $250 credit. I did the Moab Off-Roadeo In November 2021. Was the $250. credit being issued then? I don't recall every receiving one.

This is my question as well. I am wondering if I just left there without every using that - bc i know I could have easily on swag in the giftshop.

I would either email Bronco OffRoadeo or click the tab with the three bars at the top, next to the magnifying glass, then click on the OffRoadeo tab. While associated with the BN they are a separate entity. Or even check your email correspondence with them. They will get that taken care of you pretty quickly.

Hi there!

Since you have already attended BOR, I would reach out to [email protected] or call 888.260.5744 and have them check your voucher status. That will be the easiest route for you!

The voucher was issued in 2021, those who received it were emailed by Ford! I would call or email our support team to double check that you still don't have a voucher to use. :)

I always thought you had to attend to get the voucher and I wasn't interested in attending. Thanks for posting!

Edit - I missed the "onsite merchandise" bit. Oh well, guess I'm out of luck.

Hey all,
I reached out to the friendly folks at Off-Roadeo regarding the $250. voucher, and this was their response:

Thank you for reaching out to Bronco Off-Roadeo PHQ. The only owners that were eligible for the voucher were model year 2021 order holders that were affected by a certain production delay, and only they received an email from Ford informing them that they would be given a $250.00 voucher for their inconvenience.

When I went to OffRoadeo I used the credit towards my guest and not merchandise. I had to pay for my guest up front and was then credited back on my credit card later. I did have to enquirer about it but I did receive it. I went to the OR back in October of 2021, a year before I actually purchased my Bronco. I received the first credit, for my guest, a few months after attending and the credit for myself right after purchase.
