  • OPTIONAL DAMAGE WAIVER

When finalizing your reservation, you may also select an optional $75 vehicle damage waiver that will limit your financial responsibility to $3,500 if any vehicle damage is incurred during the event.

So does this mean if I'm driving the truck, an accident happens, I'm responsible for up to $3500 of the damage?

That is correct!
You still have to be responsible for driving their vehicles. You have spotters but things can happen I know I got it when I went. I had some pinstripes for getting to close to a tree on a trail. But its just like any insurance its there if you need it.
