I have used the radar map and it's pretty cool. Is there a way open the radar map with a voice command. I've tried a lot of commands, but have not found one that works.

Unfortunately, no. The native voice command system is pretty basic and won't dig into specific sub-menus to pull up the weather radar. You just have to tap your way to it.
