I have a question regarding B&O Sound System with 10 speakers including a subwoofer (Lux Package). Is it worth it? Are they really that good?
How about if they offer it as a stand alone for $1,000 or less.
Would you get them if you are a speaker person?

The JBL rack is a Bluetooth that connects to the Sync4 and combines with the system. Not trim level specific, you could technically remove it and play it anywhere
So the only reason the JBL rack isn't compatible with B&O is because there's no room for it to hang in addition to the B&0 speakers?

I read that somewhere.

They're much cheaper than vinyl for indie bands to make since people don't want CDs anymore.

I wondered about this, should have figured it was a financial motive.

I'd guess not seeing it there are different sizes and I never did look at it as an option I would want. But JBL is definitely a great speaker. If Ford is only offering the one, AM will have way more

the first accessory listings had it as wireless. But as we have seen with Ford, things change. Is it even actually listed anymore? I haven't looked really since the first release, the most recent I stopped after the slide-out tailgate went MIA and am going all AM.

Quick Google search and if its the JBL 4100 it is wireless and B6G was talking about it but didn't read that full thread there

all i can say is the system sucks.. needs WAY more sub. for all around rock the 10 speaker B & O SUCKS
IM HERE FOR THE BEER.. AND TO LET EVERYONE KNOW IN TIMES LIKE WE HAVE THESE DAYS EVERYONE NEEDS TO INVEST INTO PRECIOUS METALS..BUY AS MUCH BRASS AND LEAD YOU CAN...WE MAY NEED A WELL ( ARMED ) MILITIA..
AND TO PISS EVERYONE OFF..

NO - it's not worth it at all - completely honest. Not only does it sound horrible, the way it's set up with the factory amps, it makes it MORE difficult and expensive to upgrade with aftermarket equipment than if you had the base system. I wish I could have gotten the Lux package with the base stereo - even if it was NO difference in price, I would have rather done that, just for making an upgrade to something decent, more cost effective.

I have had numerous Gordd with B&O sound and have never been disappointed. However, I may be older than some if you and don’t peg the volume or equalize to bass off the chart…

I got the LUX because of B&O and love it... I am sure if you install a custom system it might be better and cheaper but I think the B&O is awesome....

I find the B and O system to be good. I dont over do the bass or see if I can break the speakers. Sounds very good.
