These are a set of 4 and they will come with the core removal / RCV install combo tool.

Mine are in new condition and were only installed for a few weeks before I decided to go back to using my Staun deflators. Why? Well, I am easily distracted and these will air you down lightning fast so you better be paying attention to your PSI after you pop these open. Don't be like me, get distracted, then have 4 completely aired down tires. 😲

I will let this run for a week then do a random name draw on August 22nd.

Note to whomever gets these: If you get any leaking you might need to file your valve stem down a little so these sit flush.

I had no leaking whatsoever on my Bronco but my valve stems were in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: BEFORE INSTALLING YOUR RCV'S IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU CHECK THE TIPS OF YOUR EXISTING VALVE STEMS FOR IMPERFECTIONS. THE END/TIP OF YOUR VALVE STEMS NEED TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE RCV. IF THEY ARE NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION USE A FINE GRIT FINGER NAIL FILE TO FILE THE TIP FLAT AND SMOOTH. IF YOU DO INSTALL THE RCV AND HAVE A LEAK YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE RCV FROM YOUR VALVE STEM AND FILE THE TIP DOWN SQUARE AND FLAT. THIS SHOULD RESOLVE ANY LEAK THAT MAY OCCUR.

Additional note for these deflators: The included valve stem caps have a lip on the bottom of them that keep the RCV from being accidentally pulled open when wheeling. Do not wheel with these caps off and do not use standard valve stem caps as they won't have the lip on the bottom. I'd consider ordering an extra set of valve stem caps from Apex just in case you lose one..

• Install these by screwing them on then use the included tool to tighten them down
• Done!
• These are designed to stay installed 24/7

1. Remove all 4 valve stem caps before opening them
2. Pull them open one at a time as you walk around the Bronco
3. When desired PSI is reached, close the 1st one that you opened then quickly walk around Bronco, in same order / direction that you opened them, and push them closed
4. Put valve stem caps back on

Install:

• Remove valve core with the included tool
• Install these by screwing them on then use the included tool to tighten them down
• Done!
• These are designed to stay installed 24/7

To deflate you just remove the valve cap and pull up / out on the red body. To stop delation just push the red body back in. They will deflate fast so keep an eye on your PSI. I used the Bronco in dash PSI gauge..

Best practice when deflating.

1. Remove all 4 valve stem caps before opening them
2. Pull them open one at a time as you walk around the Bronco
3. When desired PSI is reached, close the 1st one that you opened then quickly walk around Bronco, in same order / direction that you opened them, and push them closed
4. Put valve stem caps back on

That should get all of them at the same'ish PSI. These deflate fast, like really fast, so don't be like me and get distracted when using these to air down or you'll quickly have 4 empty tires..

I’m thinking of putting these on the Bronco tomorrow. Should also allow me to practice using the tire inflator.
