About a week ago I swapped out the factory side steps with some Magnums

GREAT idea! The outfit that will ceramic coat my Bronco stopped installing windshield protective films for the moment. They had an issue with their supplier/manufacturer and haven't received training/certification to install the ExoShield. It's definitely a priority for me. It's an invisible "mod" but crucial to the windshield's longevity!

Testing this color scheme on rims with plasti-dip, before committing to powder-coat.

Exoshield is known to degrade quickly under strong UV. No reputable shop in my area will install it for that reason.

I’m not to worried about degrading. It comes with a two year warranty. For me it is about protecting the windshield. Two factors at play here for me. 1) these flat windshields will get broken. It is inevitable. Numerous people have had it happen already, for some, numerous times. 2) here in AZ your windshield will get broken, due to the desert conditions. Rocks are everywhere. And that is on all vehicles. Had my wife’s Escape take a direct hit in less than 48 hours. They do have windshield replacement policies here because of that, which aren’t too expensive, but like all things Bronco, it takes a bit of time to get new glass. So I spent the 300 bucks for piece of mind. If it fails they will replace it. And I save a little bit on the insurance every month. And at some point down the road I can opt in on the glass replacement insurance.

I am still in the build phase. Haven't hit 90 days of owner ship. Have a couple more white details to add. I keep going back and forth if the rims should be white or not.

Did you buy or paint the white roof, grill and fenders? Looking to do white fenders and roof on my Badlands 4 door.

I like the sunset strips some folks have started rocking. But then I am a sucker for the old Free Wheelin' Broncos.

Ignore the Terrible wheels here, but I like this set up, maybe a little smaller and lower on the door. If my color goes away when I am pushed to MY 23, I may go with White and do something like this.
