Ugh | iKamper BDV Rooftop Tent Annex Review

For those of you with a iKamper BDV Rooftop Tent and are thinking of buying the Annex system, I have a warning that may save you some cash. Since I own the Solo version of the BDV, I needed something for when my son comes along camping. Normally, we use a simple ground tent. The Annex looked appealing, but learned after the first night I waisted $800. Here's the issues:

1. It's very expensive
2. The directions are poor (no "how to" video from iKamper)
3. Only mounts to one side of the tent
4. It does not have a floor

It's not up to par for the cost and needs improvement. I did contact iKamper for a return. I was told by the representative that since it's now used, the return was not possible. Only option was to sell it on craigslist. Ugh

I do love iKamper products and own many of them, just this one item needs some improvement.
