IAG I-Line Heavy duty winch mount on Bronco Raptor. The build is solid. Install is easy by following YouTube instructions. They do not come with installation print out.
Takes me about 3.5 hours by myself. But they do miss two steps. And I also received a bad camera extension cable. Their customer service is good, reply me next day and replace the cable quick.

One of the mounting holes is 1mm off, I need to enlarge the hole a bit to fit the screw. Other than that, everything is good. The camera now is in the front, I wish they design a bar to protected. I may do something by myself. I leave it as it for now. To replace the camera is not that expensive anyway. Right now is about 11” longer extended from the bumper.

I pair with a XBull XRS 13500lb winch. It also fit perfect on the mount. These main cables just long enough to reach to the battery. I also install a main power switch; I don’t leave it on when I don’t use it.
Warn winch cover is used for protecting weather elements. I am not why to fake out to use a warn winch, it just other covers are not as good as warn cover. the cover is very thick.

No sagging after the mount and winch installed, It remains the same height before I install them. I did measure before and after also after 200+ miles ride.
Ask me questions if you looking into install one. I will tell you what steps they miss and I will save you some time.

Did you add frame horn gussets when you installed your winch, or does the Raptor already come with a thicker frame?

I was concerned about my camera as well, but it hasn't been an issue on any of the trails I've hit since adding my winch.

I'm reading that Raptor frame horns aren't any different than other Bronco horns. True??

I didn't think so either, but I don't know for sure. The story about the Raptor getting it's bumper ripped off is what made me purchase my frame horn gussets.

The Ford Performance winch kit does come with frame horn gussets in the kit. Once again, I don’t know for sure as I don’t own an Everglades, but you would assume that Ford would add the gussets to the Everglades model if that’s the kit they’re using.

Speaking from personal experience with my Wildtrak, I figured it was better to be safe than sorry, especially with a high mount winch setup. YMMV

we can also use pulley system to reduce the load. I will looking into the frame horn gussets is not expensive anyway, if it fit and works why not!

Will take the advise, and order the frame horn gussets from LoD. Why not add additional reinforcement.

I installed those. If you do it yourself, be prepared for a day or 2 of tearing down and installing. Have a sharp drill bit for drilling the pretty good sized holes you'll be drilling in your frame. I thought it was worth it.

You can never be too safe. Better to just get it done and not have to worry about, rather than having an issue on the trail.

I went with the LOD gussets, and like Thomas mentioned above, you do need a sharp metal drill bit to fit the larger frame bolts that the gussets are come with. Other than that, they are an easy install once you get the bumper removed.

Man, that's a sharp setup! We'll start the bumper and winch mod after mounting the Cooper tires, black rhino wheels, and roof rack on the new Bronco project. The AIG mount looks very solid.

All frame horns on all vehicles today are designed as "crush zones" per federal crash mandates.... So they are designed to be a weaker area. Hence the frame reinforcements for a winch.

Looks great! I will admit that I had purchased my gussets before I even received the winch... Had everything completely installed, and was admiring my fantastic work just to realize there was an unopened box of gussets sitting in the corner of my garage. I certainly didn't need practice on removing the bumper with a winch multiple times. 😬

So, the Ultrahook?! Those are sweet.

Yes the ultrahook and the Factor 55 1.0 fairlead. the F55 fairlead has much better round edges, harder surface and 1.5 inch wider exit. the rope winch back into the drum much more evenly. it is a much better fairlead vs the one comes with the winch. highly recommended! As the the hook, to be honest, I won't purchase the ultrahook if I use my real cash 😁
