When I got a new car, I like experincing the original configuration rather than making modifed and add other accessioes at first. Here is my first small change I made after driving for half a year-I installed the rear winshild difogger cover, flag mount, metal door storage box, cell phone mount,I would like to look for some tectical products to mount next.Do you also experience the original configuration for half a year like me?

Not me - my last several cars have undergone modifications within 2-3 days of buying brand new - my last Mustang didn't even have 50 miles on it by the time I swapped out the exhaust and intake, and added a tune. I've got a stack of boxes waiting for my Bronco (which should be getting built in the next few weeks), including new wheels, aftermarket fog/driving lights, side steps, soft top struts, badges, hood struts, interior grab handles, and more.. as soon as I get it, I'll be taking a couple days off work to get the new stuff installed ASAP

I started modifying mine right away too. Tinted the windows and added heated seats the first week. Hood struts were next, and I can't seem to stop buying stuff. I need to stop visiting the what did you do to your Bronco thread

I leave most new cars pretty much alone, trucks get a few ”upgrades”, off roaders and motorcycles get the works...I have over $10k of stuff planned for my Bronco (if I ever get it)...

Modifying a vehicle is new for me...
1995 - Hand me down '85 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. No money. Even got a freebie AM/FM/Tape play head unit to replace the AM/FM radio from a friend that worked at a dealership. Tape player broke in < 1 week.
1997 - '97 Ford Mustang GT. No money. Only modifications made were two new stereo head units. Factory CD player died in Mar'2002. Dec'03 replaced replacement head unit after thief broke in and stole replacement.
2013 - With a heavy heart I traded in my Mustang for a '14 Ford Escape. Epitome of utilitarian transportation. No modifications wanted or desired.
2022 - May 25, 2022, My Bronco came home. So far, dealer installed paint protection package, window UV treatment/tint. Coming soon pod lights, door sill plates, and stirrup steps.

It's a refreshing change of pace to have a vehicle that I want to modify and actually have $$$ to do it :)

When making engine mods in kalifornia, you do it immediately because you only have 5-years before the first smog inspection happens

Haha, funny you say that. When I picked mine up, we brought Husky floor mats, Ford Cargo Mat, hanging door handles and door sill protectors in our 1 way rental car. Installed them all before I left the dealership. Since we were taking off on a week long vacation, I wanted to make sure to protect as much stuff as possible.

when I was young I would add stuff pretty fast, but since then I didn't care enough about my vehicles to really do anything to them until I got my bronco. For the bronco I had stuff piled up before I even had it.

First week, easy stuff like paracord handles, knob covers ,bullet antenna,
by month 2 Ford factory Warn winch, Moose knuckle clevises , bug deflector and rear seats removed for overland gear and dog space.
Bimini top , looking for best roof rack and a reasonably priced fog lights. Cold air induction and Everglades snorkel are next I hope. So many ways to spend cash on a toy.
