Thanks, yep... I make them and sell them, 155 sold so far.
I'm on version 4.0 now which closes the front gap, is 100-mph rated and installs in under 3 minutes (168 seconds), as well as some other simple fancy additions.
A bunch of video's on my site, that show how water proof they are and also driving in the rain (with version 3.0).
20 colors to choose from.
Feel free to reach out to me and toss me an email on the website and i'll give you a call
I've tought about fully sealing the front but I'd have to partner with a machine shop to CNC a bracket, for full closure.
The reason this works for jeeps is that they have a gap between the windshield and front bar. Additionally on the sides they do not have the machined metal plates so their biminis can hug and roll around the roll cage, w/o any sharp edges like the bronco has. I have lots of ideas in my head but the costs to mfg those and get them shipped would defeat the purpose of a quick waterproof bimini like we already have.
This video shows how close we have the gap at the front best: anywho, i'm free to chat if you have any questions dan @ broncobikini.com

I would be super intrested in a bracket that hugs up the windshield frame. The big issue I see with the current offereings that don't seal up to the windshield frame. I like to take the tops off when I go wheeling to keep the top out of harms way. The trails I run are supper tight so going up a rock can throw into a tree on the back corners very easily. I took my windows out of my eb last wheeling trip but left the top on and of cours the rear bow slide across a tree. Took like 3 hours to get the dang thing straight again :(. But then it always rains so your slowly crawling (<3mph) through downpours. So with a gap between the top and windshield you will get a steady stream on water running right on to the dash. I know on the jeeps they will short out with water running overt the electronics, the screens most importantly, and haveing been under the dash of the bronco I would assume it would be the same.
I have been loooking for a factory soft top to basically cut up and use the header and top part. Then sew some straps to it to hold it down. I basically do the same thing currently with my Tj and EB. We take the soft top off completly then unroll the Bikini top from the header slap it on the windsheild frame fasten the buckles inside the cab and strap the back straps to the roll bar or in the bed and your on your way.

Yeah, I hear you. I have access to a water jet and CNC but building something and making it affordable is impossible with some custom made parts like that.
I think you're on the right track with finding a beat up soft top and repurposing it.
I'm trying to keep these well below the cost of the retail shops. My margin is about $47 on each.

This can be kept on, under your roof, however extends the full length.
So you can run it with just the front sections off.
I have considered just doing a "cockpit bimini" but worried about the width of the bimin as there would not be a center mount point. I may mess around with a design this spring ... we'll see. -Dan

Got mine slapped on my 2dr the other day.. Straight forward, easy install.. No flapping at 70..
The main test for me will be rain. As long as the front electronics are protected, they don't get wet and I don't get a stream of water flowing down onto them then it's a win for my use.
If you are not worried about rain then this is a already def win as it does not flap, flap, flap at highway speeds like every other bikini I've tried on my previous Jeeps..
I'll update my rain, rain and more rain thoughts later after it gets hammered with the stuff..

For the rain test, keep a bailing cup with you
Yes, it will stop the rain, but then you gotta deal with the post duck pond :)

Well I just rain tested it for 52 miles.... the results even shocked me !! (Zero drops of rain on the dash)
