So what mudflaps to you use? Is there such thing as the best mudflap? Is there really a difference between $400 gatorbacks and $40 Amazon special?

I put the MAYBETS on my Bronco
Ironically, even though the Mabett's are one of the lowest priced options, I think they look the best. I won't do any rock crawling or serious off roading, so I don't care if they're not removable. If I break them riding on the beach, they're cheap enough to replace.

I have the IAG flaps, $80 for the front. They went on easy and come off with a couple of allen cap screws. They work great, IMO. MY23 BL SASFlap Far.jpgI
I may be wrong, but I think the IAG and Mabett flaps are identical. They're probably manufactured by the same company in China. Someone posted on the other forum, that the Mabett's came with better hardware. Haven't seen my Bronco with the Mabett's yet. I pick her up around 2/20.

I installed the 21offroad flaps. I think they're the same as Mabett and others. Solid hardware, a bit of a pain to install. But they work great.
I'm glad you said they were a pain to install. I got the Mabett's months before my Bronco came in last week. I'm having the dealer install them while doing the PDI.

The instructions left plenty to be desired and the helpful video wasn't much. But they are well made and solid.

I feel everyone's pain on the durability versus the cost of mudflaps, but after much research, I went with the RockBlockz and have no regrets.

I went with the Mabett's for a couple of reasons. First, they do the job, second, they don't cost a fortune, and third, I think they look the best. I like the fact that they don't have any logos or insignias on them. Those things draw attention to them, which is exactly what I don't want. You hardly notice them unless you're looking for them. There are better options if you plan on doing serious rock climbing, but that's not my intended use. Just my opinion.

Installed my Mabett fronts today, rears tomorrow…. Other than expansion pins being a MAJOR HASSLE to remove, even with the right tools, the installation is straightforward and they look good…

Everyone who’s going to mod their rig should get a set of automotive expansion pins and removal tool.. I promise you will need them!

I have such a tough time choking down 1k for mud flats, and it is not do to dollars. The are ripping us off so badly at that price, IMHO of course.

Mabett make a good mud flap. Can you break them? Yes, but they are tough to break. And the best part is that they are only 139.99 for the four.

I just ordered these for my 2022 Badlands SAS, I have been lucky so far with no chips in the paint without having the mud flats after 4k mileage. I like you could not swallow $1,000 for mud flaps, we shall see form, fit, and function.
Now, I need to work on getting so light in this thing - those front mini OEM lights are USELESS!!

spend the money elsewhere. its a mudflap.... Mabett is an inexpensive, rigid, yet minimalist mudflap that works well. As others have said...
I put a pair on the front wells only. They bolt right up. (Badlands SAS).
I did spend an extra $6 and use stainless steel bolts as the stock Mabett bolts showed early signs of rust stains within a week.

Great tip, I will get S/S bolts as well and use them on the install. Thanks!

I also have the RokBlokz and they seem to do well. Although I do have a stone chip in my passenger door even with the flaps. Question For those that also have these along with Sasquatch, do you have an issue with getting the back ones on without pulling the little clips inside the bumper in order to get the flaps back on? I did the quick release install or whatever you want to call it for installation but those back brackets are a pita to get the flaps onto. There isn’t a lot of room between the bracket and the bumper to slide them on the bracket without moving the bumper out of the way. Any other tricks I should know about? I plan on leaving them off if not! Sorry for those following behind me😞
Yeah, I have the same issue but I usually fiddle with it a little and finally get them on. Not as easy as the front. I don't plan to take them off very often. I've kept them on during one trip to the Badlands Off-Road part. The rear ones took a beating but came through fine.

That’s good to know! I haven’t put mine back on since my Holly Oaks experience 😉 We are supposed to go to Twisted Trails ORV Park Feb 25th so I’ll put them back on after that!

I spent $15 on AutoZone mud flaps and along with some old metal tubing and aluminum angle I had laying around built brackets that slide in and out of the front crash bars, bolt was already there to secure them. Don't really care about how they look, just wanted to protect my paint.

I haven't tried these on the Bronco, but I can tell you from experience in hillclimb / rallyx circuits that these people make top notch equipment.

I've been looking at the Rally Armor flaps as well. They strike a good balance between affordability and aesthetic. Most of the mud flaps I've seen just kind of appear to me as an afterthought. Like they don't really belong on the vehicle and actually detract from its appearance. I wish the Gatorbacks for the full sized Bronco had the same diamond pattern as these Bronco Sport flaps. But that styling seems to have been omitted from the full sized.

My biggest concern is crap made vs quality. Rally Armor has an awesome reputation the more I look into them and some people say they go cheaper and break. I'm pretty sure they are what I'm going with just need to pull the trigger.
