Hi I’ve got a 1966 and was wondering if I could get rear seats from another vehicle instead of buying the oem or aftermarket ones online?

There are several different rears that will work. I have the rear jump seats out of a classic FJ40 that I plan to put in mine one day. You just have to measure and decide how tight of a fit you want back there if you want the standard orientation and will most likely need to fabricate some mounting brackets or have them made.

I dont know of a donor that bolts in without custom bracket fabrication....but, if you look at the rear seats, brackets, it would be easy, they the reall issue is the height from the seat "seat" to the roof. Its a pretty tight fit for a person to seat there without hitting their head on the roof.
Google "1966-77 ford bronco rear seat for sale" and you can see some preferred venders (Wild Horses 4x4) and see some suggestions, like the Land Rover. Might give you some good ideas and/or directions on it.
FWIW, I have purchased from WH4x4 for decades and have always had great experience from them. Tom's Offroad is another good source, especially for OEM type stuff.
