Early hard top

One for sale locally for me. Looks like it needs some work, and not sure what shipping's like for a hard top. They're asking $600 for it.

What year are you looking for? 66-68 and some early 69' that had vacuum wipers gave a different bolt hole pattern that the electric wiper years. New holes can be drilled to fit of course if needed. 66' has several other differences as well.

There should be way more 69-77 tops out there than the 66-68 years so that's a positive.

I have one that I took off of my 66. Seeing as mine was originally a roadster I know the top is not original to my Bronco. How can you tell what year it came off of?

66 was a one year only top. But would fit on 67, 68 or early 69 that still had vacuum wipers without having to redrill holes . Key lock was separate from the handle on the lift gate and the roof bows were bolted on rather than welded on like the 67-77 tops. Side note, I've been collecting 66 u13 vins and colors over the last year or so. Up to 407 as of now. If I don't have yours please send a PM if you would. Thanks

I'm going to the Bronco Celebration East this week end and hope to find something down there. Hope to meet several owners and enthusiast attending the show. I also want to learn more about these early Broncos. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for these units.

Awesome. Hope to meet you down there. I'm picking up an old friend in Cincinnati on Friday night and staying in Knoxville for the night. Then headed to the show on Saturday morning.

Yes. Bought a nice one in Tennessee at the Bronco Celebration East. Chad and his wife looked out for me.
