Looked around and didn't see any Pics in the G1 threads. I'm new here, as are most of us, so I may have missed the GEN ONE pics.

Consideration:
Would it create any heartburn with asking our Gen1 Members for some pics? I'm sure our Horses would show very nicely here somewhere...

Wristed radius arm! That does qualify as 'back in the day' now. Whatever happened to the truck?
I started working a ton of overtime, and time got a way...and sold it to a guy with LEBC. I hope he finished it and enjoys it still!

LOOKS TO be a Warn 8274?
Yes that old Warn winch was high tech back then. I've used it to pull out stuck tractors and drag fir trees around our property. Never had to pull myself out though.😊 The Detroit Locker in the rear is a challenge on pavement and makes driving on ice impossible. It is so primitive compared to my 2022 but is still a blast to drive. ps....that silly bug deflector WORKS. It leans back some when driving.

My 1968. Owned it from 2001-2012. Traded it for a Road King back when old Bronco's weren't worth so much.

So many great builds on here! One cool thing about Gen 1 broncos is how easy they are to work on and modify. No two builds are identical.

Here are a few pictures of my 1970 wagon. It was about a 3 year build that includes:
Engine: 5.0 HO from a 1995 Mustang GT
Tranny: WC T-5, 5 speed (also from 1995 Mustang GT), floor mounted, modified to mate to custom adapter and move shift lever to correct location in cab
Suspension: 2" lift (springs front, blocks rear) Bilstein shocks
Brakes: 4 wheel disc brakes, hydro-boost - front - modified F150 D44 spindles and back plate, rear - 1984 T-bird rear calipers with built in parking brake and custom bearing retainer and caliper bracket
Interior: Full carpet and vinyl interior from CJ Pony parts in Parchment, dash: Wimbledon White
Exterior: Candy Apple Red, Wimbledon White, Argent Silver (Grille only; please don't be mad, this is actually a Chevy color)

Ha! I often get the same feeling! Can you tell me more about your build? What engine and T-case are you running? Also, I'm interested in what adapter you are using to connect your tranny to your T-case. Did you have to do a body lift for clearance?

When I was doing my build, I was documenting it on another forum, and I got quite a few negative comments about the T5. People say it pops out of gear. However, I have not experienced any issues what-so-ever. Have you ever had any issues?

I like the paint job, but I'm confused. The Ranger trim and U14 never overlapped, did they?
