Has anyone purchased their 2021 Bronco to use as a "toad" behind an RV? We're patiently waiting for our 2022 Bronco, and just learned we should have ordered the "modular" bumper option to use the tow bar we want. Too late. Curious as to what any RV'ers are using with their Bronco. IF they even exist!!

I ran into someone at the Nevada Off-Rodeo that had a Bronco as a toad. He didn't get into much detail but he said setting it up to be a toad was really slick and Ford even has a feature that disabled the odo to it doesn't rack up miles while behind the RV. I am debating flat tow or getting an 18ft open trailer. Flat tow is really slick and makes finding camp sites easier but there is extra ware and tare on the truck and tires. From what I can tell the cost of a trailer and the cost of all the flat tow equipment (assuming you add breaks like you are supposed to) is about the same ($5-6k).

Yes, Bronco RVers exist. I bought my Bronco to tow my Travel Trailer. Down the road I see swapping for a small Class C and will tow the Bronco.

I got the tow package and module bumper... all part if my master plan. Brake Controller will be next. Soon.

We plan to do the same thing! We have a class C and will be pulling the Bronco behind it in the future!

Using a Class A to tow the Bronco. Or as my kids call it... "The Donkey". Using the Sterling All-Terrain non-binding tow bar. For breaking, I ordered the RViBrake3 system.

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

If you don't have a VIN yet, you can contact your dealer and have them change your order.

I plan on using mine as a Toad behind a Class A. I ordered an Outer Banks (still waiting) with the standard bumper. When you say you need "modular" are you referring to the $825 upgrade? "Front Bumper – Ford Performance Heavy-Duty Modular"
I plan on using the Blue Ox tow bar and they don't say anything about this.
Please let me know if your guys think I need to change that option. Thanks in advance!

We ordered a Bronco to tow behind our class A motorhome. Right now we have a 06 Jeep Wrangler we tow, but want a 4 door instead. After researching my husband changed from the standard bumper to the modular one.
Order 1/27/22 - 22 Bronco Wildtrak, 4dr, Oxford White, 2.7, MIC, Lux, Leather, Mod bumper
9/23/22 reorder for 2023, still waiting
Purchased a used 2022 WT until the 2023 comes in
