remote start/auto heated seats and steering wheel

Just curious in a fix or anyone else experience this issue. 2024 badlands sasquatch, yesterday in service for software update to fix the issue.
During remote start the seats are supposed to automatically start to heat prior to entering the vehicle as well as the wheel which functioned properly my first 2 weeks.
The update failed to correct the problem and yes, they are toggled on auto in settings. called in today to see what the next step might be, any suggestions?

The answers have been kept in a hermetically sealed #2 mayonnaise jar on Funk and Wagnall's back porch
