Outer Banks Wheel Specs

I don't have the 18" wheel specs but in a related way I'm thinking about replacing the tires that come with the OBX depending on what actually arrives on the vehicle. I may possibly need something beefier and snow-rated. Does anyone know what would be the largest tire one can put on the 18" OBX wheels and not run into fender clearance issues? Are there final drive ratio implications I need to consider as well? I'm also trying to ultimately achieve a look closer to the BL 33" A/T tires (285/70) that come on the BL standard 17" wheels.

Can someone provide me with the specs for the OB wheels? The entire spec (bolt pattern, setback, width, etc). I'm not particularly fond of the factory wheels and am thinking of replacing them after my vehicle is delivered.
