I can't figure out how to get to the threads I was involved in before the change! Can't find wheels and tires group! I can only see my posts.

New website seems confusing....where are the forums where Bronco owners can sell their stuff? Bronco6G has a side column where vendors and private owners can sell their Bronco take-offs. Following forums was easier before. Why fix something that wasn't broke before??

I believe they opted to create a completely new platform rather than continue to edit an existing one. They will be migrating what they need from the old system and making room for new proprietary content. I for one am looking forward to the coming changes. Just give them a little time to make the necessary tweaks. It'll be worth it. ?

The forums on the new site are definitely much, much less usable than they were before.
May the Ford be with you, always.

Ya it is currently rough, just keep posting things that you find out of place or not working. They have a list and they are working on it. It’s been a rough roll out but at least it is working and if they get all the functionality back that it had before it will be good. If not, there are alternatives but we don’t wanna go down that road. This place it allot more family like to me…

I’m willing to hang in there till they get the bugs worked out, anything new to this extent is going to have a rough restart. Aesthetically, it looks really nice.

If you want to find Wheels and Tires, go to Forums > Accessories > Tires and Wheels: https://thebronconation.com/accessories-n.136/tires-wheels-n.157/.

There's two ways to view threads: 1) by forums, under Forums, and 2) by latest posts, under What's New.

We've not had that on Bronco Nation yet; I've been building it in the backend. I'm going to launch it once the site speed is up.

To be honest, it WAS broken. We just were able to keep it patched together. There's going to be this rough section, but now we have the ability to build exactly what we need.

It's the content and the people that make a forum what it is. That hasn't changed.
We just have to be patient and let the staff get the bugs ironed out.

the biggest current problem for a user of the site. The lack of discovery. the previous site had some basic searches built-in to find hot topics or new topics. Without something like that, a big hole exists here.

You can still do that! Go to What's New, and you can filter by latest posts, trending, latest profile posts, or news feed.

Hmm, that is surprisingly non-obvious since the old sight of a What's New in the header didn't take you to the forum, instead, it was like news.

It just takes time to get used to. It took me time to navigate the old forum, it will take some time to figure this one out. I'm sure the Team is doing everything they can to get the user experience up to the quality we expect and they want. Good work Team!

Let me see if I am understanding -- when you go into a thread, and back out, it drops you into the list of threads at the top? Or when you go into a thread, back out, and come back in to the same thread, you're back at the top?

A similar issue I’ve noticed (on iPhone in Chrome), is when you “like” a post, it jumps to the bottom, then quickly scrolls up in the thread to somewhere different than the post you were on.

The saving grace for me is the "What's New" button at the top, although it seems counter-intuitive that it would take you to the forum since there is a "Forums" button too.

Yep. I feel the same. I never used the What's New on the old site, I would just refresh the latest posts. I think this What's New is model off that. There will always be more fixes and changes in our favor in time.

New Posts on the old site was my main mode of interaction. I just want to see what’s been posted since my last visit. What’s New on the new site is NOTHING like that. Still shows threads/posts that I’ve already “caught up” on.
But honestly, the biggest problem now in terms of usability (since performance is much improved now) is that there is no checkpointing of prior activity. Every time I go to a thread I’m taken to the beginning and have to manually figure out where I last stopped reading. Ugh!!!
