Has anyone had problems with the wind noise with the hardtop? its pretty quiet below 40-50 mph but then steadily increases. When I am going 75 on the highway, forget about having a conversation as it sounds like there is a tornado outside. Has anyone been able to fix this or have the dealer fix it?

Are you running your A/C?
I noticed last week, the 1st time I have had to run my A/C that the "wind noise" was absolute crazy at 70+ mph.

When I turned A/C off, back to being quite.
Not sure what caused it, as I have not been home this week driving the Bronco to troubleshoot.

But I can tell you, No AC running down the highway, quite / AC running = tornado (just as you described)

I just drove my 2-door with a MIC and a roof rack from Las Vegas, NV to Moriarity, NM today through some very violent winds with the cruise set on 75 and have not experienced what you are describing. During that time I took part in a Zoom meeting for work with the bluetooth volume set on 15 and had zero issues hearing or being heard and no one on the meeting mentioned excessive noise in the background when I was talking.

No problems like that on my end. Of course one should understand this is an offroader not a luxury SUV.

I was just wondering the same thing, picked up 2dr on Wednesday and driving from Texas to Kansas today, the wind noise from the back hardtop is unbelievable. I expected some, but we can feel some air coming in around the front of the side windows on each side.

Really wondering if top is misaligned and seal got kicked to the side.

Ok with some wind noise, but this is a lot!

I’ve see a few reviews online saying that they were a little disappointed with the wind noise coming from the hard top. In their opinion it should be less. I’ve also see some say that there is noise but it’s tolerable. No one has mentioned excessive wind noise.

I have 4dr MIC 2.0 and think it is excessive also. I also own a 2dr TJ with hard top and it is a little quieter than the Bronco. I understand it’s not a Mercedes so was expecting some noise but……….. Has anyone tried more weatherstripping or has found a fix?

What about those with a soft top? Are you hearing excessive noise?

Have a badsquatch with mic and zroadz roof rack/lights and the wind noise at highway speeds is deafening. I may be looking to either create a deflection / dam or rethink the light setup. Its unnerving in general but ridiculous with the front tops off.

I have a mic top and I have noticed if I reseat the panels, it is very quiet. Just make sure you hold them tight towards the middle when you attach the latches.

Have been looking at the top tonight and noticed the top doesn't sit flat on the body and looks to have a slight bow towards the center.

Also took a flashlight and shined it along the seals, found 2 places where the light shines through and can see if from the outside. One is up at the top corner of the drivers door and the other is a small area in the bottom front corner of the top. Haven't check the passenger side yet.

Yeah, bud. That's all standard. Quit being a nuclear physicist on Bronco hard tops and get out there and enjoy the outdoors! Cheers!

While we're on the subject of soft tops, don't y'all agree that those of us that switched from the hard top to a soft top to speed up the build should get a sizable discount on a factory hard top if we decide to purchase one. 5,000+ for a top, c'mon now that's ridiculous, send me the Bronc with the bad top, I'll have it repainted and deal with the situation.

But wait, shouldn't those of us that didn't fall for the "get yours quicker" get a discount on the softtop since we didn't fall for it and knew the price would be high since it's brand new.

I did notice that having recirculation on reduces wind noise. With recirculation off and fan off, there's still a good breeze through the vents at freeway speeds. Hmm, freeway speeds. I hear the v6 four door handles real nice on the freeway up to 90mph.
