Hello - I recently install 3 out 4 Mabett Mud Flaps. I had an issue with a defective RIGHT REAR bracket, hence not installed. Having a hard time finding a contact for Mabett for a replacement and third party seller (BuiltMyWayCo)is not answering email requests. Does anyone have a suggestion or a contact? Thanks Steve

I hate to suggest this but Mabett has a presence over on B6G. You might be able to ask the question on their thread or PM them.
They seem to be pretty responsive. Not sure if they will help since you bought from a 3rd party or not.

I'm not one of those "Everything MUST be made in America" kind of guys. But it really annoys me that Amazon allows sellers to use a misleading "Nickname" that sounds very American and then when you dig into the seller info and the name and address are in Chinese or some other foreign language. It's especially annoying when you don't notice until you get tracking info and find out it's on the slow boat from China and, oh yeah, the ports close down for a month during Chinese New Year, so don't expect it anytime soon.

It's a shame that folks don't stop buying from this company. There are many North America companies to purchase from.

I've tried private messaging them on the other forum about something else. Never heard back from them. I even posted on one of their threads asking for contact with no luck for a response.

Like RhinoUSA -- which might be a US 'company', but is all made in China?

My pet peeve with Amazon and all the Chinese products is the COMPLETE lack of customer service and ability to reach anyone about some products. You really have to be careful...

They claim (paraphrase) everything is "engineered and tested in America, but sourced overseas to keep prices down."
My instructor at the NH Off-Roadeo said, "Don't buy Chinese--buy American--it's not worth the savings." Boy, was she right!!
I took a chance--stupid me--on RhinoUSA's cheaper prices. The tow strap was adequate, but not put under heavy strain, when I got bogged down in gooey mud. But the traction boards were a major failure, filled up with muck and the Goodyear MT 35s got no purchase whatsoever. I liked their combo shovel, but noticed all the unpainted metal surfaces got rusty after a single use.

I'm suggesting that everybody avoid RhinoUSA ("USA?" Ha!).

You may want to research where a good percentage of your Bronco's part were mfg... Hint: Not America.

But they are all assembled into a product that is then sold and warrantied by an American company that has brick and mortar stores and a responsive Customer Service line. I'm no so concerned with where something is manufactured, as long as I can get reliable customer service support for it in a timely manner.

Did you say " . . . and a responsive Customer Service line" with a straight face?

I’ve inquired about the status of my order twice this week, and have received a response within 2 to 3 minutes. Responsive doesn’t necessarily equal informative.

I will agree with you on that! But Ford has gotten very good at keeping their cards close to their vest. Then, when they do give out information, it is either old information, wrong information or generally no information in the information that they are putting out.o_O

I installed a set of these on my base, the first time I drove it a rock was thrown by the tire and cracked a front flap! I live on a dirt road so needed something to protect the Bronco, these don't seem very durable. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone either to see if I can get a replacement. I crazy glued the flap and sprayed all of them with rubberized undercoating to see if that would help absorb some of the shock from the rocks, we will see. I like the way these look the best out of all I've seen, but don't think they will last very long!

Lots of people don't do Facebook and fb messanger. They should have an email or customer service phone # at the least.

Tried on Amazon, couldn't find a way to contact them. Looked for contact seller. I have several mabett items waiting in my cart but had questions.

Going a different route on mud flaps. Plasticolor heavy-duty. Flexible and cheep.

Now I just need my bronco built. Fingers crossed for my 10/13 build date.
