Got my membership code from Ford and thought I’d try this out.
Me being me, I spelled my preferred user name wrong. Anybody know how to change that?
Waiting on my 2021 Black Diamond. Had a few Broncos over the years and my off-roading started as a kid in an international Scout. All respect Ford and Bronco fans, but if International ever built a Scout again I’d probably trade teams.
While we wait for the full size, the wife needed a new car so we picked up a Bronco sport big bend edition. Hoping to get that off the pavement a little bit too, but can tell it will have some limitations. Pretty sure I won’t hear “we need to turn around” as quickly as I did with the Fusion though :)
Looking forward to seeing more trails in Idaho on the map.

I have heard rumors of the IH Scout being resurrected. Also heard that VW wants to use the name on an electric suv

Welcome to the Nation yes there is a way to get your user name changed. There is a thread on it somewhere in here. Love Idaho been there several times for work with Idaho Power. I miss Barbacoa in Boise.

Appreciate the welcome responses.
Check out my profile pic… Idaho does have some beautiful places and a ton of variety. I hope folks make it over here and start posting trails.
Believe it or not that high mountain lake was one of those places the Fusion went that it probably shouldn’t.
Better wait and see what a Volkswagen electric “Scout” turns out to be before I commit. Not quite what I’d envision for a comeback of the Scout.
Great to see Idaho Power mentioned. A company I also work with and have a lot of respect for.
I went with the 2.3L and automatic transmission in Velocity Blue. Did add the Sasquatch to have it a little more trail ready right out the gate.

2.3 has solid potential, built my old Mustang up and had roughly 330ish whp (311whp/373tq on the dyno prior to downpipe and wastegate actuator, stock catback)

lots of luck with her!
