Took advantage of the high trade ins on the 5th gen 4Runner to gracefully exit and grab a Bronco.

Picked up a 2024 Badlands with Sasquatch package in Eruption Green.

Added Rokblokz mudflaps, some door sill protectors, and phone mount.

Nice looking rig. What got you out of the 4-Runner?
No salt tram towers were harmed in the making of this post...

I had originally wanted a Bronco, but when I got my 4Runner I would have had to pay through the nose for a trim that I would have still needed to throw money at.

Meanwhile, it would have cost a lot to get the 4Runner up to Badlands with Sasquatch package capability.

Great looking rig! I haven't seen many with the painted modular top. Love it!

Sweet ride! Congratulations and make sure to take advantage of one of the Off Roadeo experiences. Learn how to use all the good stuff with someone else’s Bronco!

I hadn’t even thought about the top.

I just wanted a Badlands with the Sasquatch package, and then figured out that the cameras make a ton of sense for parking lot/garage situations, as well as taking a lot of guesswork out when offroad.

Yes, planning to do that.

While I haven’t had an automatic swaybar disconnect before, just a manual one, trail turn assist and a front locker are both new to me.

I love the Eruption Green. Awesome color! It was on my shortlist. Best of luck with your new vehicle. I love mine. Ditto on the Bronco Off-Roadeo experience. So worth it. You’ll appreciate your rig even more. 😎
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Ironically, I was looking at your color, but the one on hand didn’t have a camera.

Green is a very “me” color anyways based upon my clothing choices.

Color choice is critical; you have to love it because (you hope) you’re going to look at it for years! My last green car was a 2005 Ford Mustang GT in Legend Lime. HUGE fan of green cars. It’s a commitment, for sure, but a welcome change to the sea of bland vehicles on the road.

Welcome and nice ride. I really like the green but it's not for me....I'm weird like that. The more I see the painted mod top the more I like it. Time to get out there and get it dirty!

Words of wisdom- don’t go using your trail turn assist to do crazy donuts or just Willy nilly but it does come in handy when you need to use it. We were wheeling with a group of heavily modified Jeeps at the end of the day we back into a sandy fairly narrow creek bed beneath a cliff for a group photo. After the photo, one by one the Jeeps had to make 4-6 point turns to get out and I just reached over pushed the TTA button and full lock right and gave it some gas and off we went. The Jeepers were like WTF did you just do… it was pretty funny to see their faces when we did that. The only other Bronco in the group did the same thing, to even more amazement.

Yes, I suspect it causes some trail damage, so best used sparingly.
