Good video today from doug Demuro about future classics. Was initially surprised to hear him say Sasquatch hardtops would be future classics, but supply constraints and an eventual shift to hybrid/ev will make these relatively rare and desirable. People will also mod the hell out of a lot them.

As soon as I got my hands on mine, I was convinced that the Gen 6 Bronco, especially the Squatch will be a new classic. It has style, it has performance, it has low supply and high demand, and it defies the industry trends of it's time. Time will tell.

Man I hope if all they were talking about holds true I am driving a multi-million dollar vehicle.
  1. Odd, special color - check
  2. Special edition - check
  3. Sasquatch - check
  4. Hardtop - check
  5. Unmodified - check
  6. Low production number - less than 1000 check
  7. Low miles - ugh!! If 15k miles in 7 months is low then we are good. đŸ˜‚

But to be fair this will probably be my kids problem to deal with. Or maybe their kids.

I enjoyed this video. Doug Demuro is always entertaining, and often informative, contextually speaking. It was rewarding to hear that our beloved Broncos are going to be considered desirable for years to come. Heck, it's desirable now! LOL

Honestly, I'm only concerned with the present moment, because that's where I'm living, but it's encouraging to hear that someone else will appreciate it down the road (or so say the prognosticators).
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Most "experience" vehicles do become collectables at some point. Any vehicle that goes beyond the usual task of "taking you to work or to the store everyday" typically becomes a collector's item. So no doubt the 6th gen Bronco will also reach that status.

Heck all of old generation Broncos are now collectables. Even the 3rd gen and the Bronco II has reached collector status nowadays. 10-15 years ago those were the least-loved Broncos—the 3rd gen in particular was the generation you were most likely to see cut up into a million pieces into and patched together to create a Frankenstein-Bronco.
