Crash Bars?

I am getting the 2dr Badlands and was thinking of removing just the front crash bar. Any thoughts or feelings on this would be helpful.

The crash bars are NOT included on the badlands with Sasquatch package to accommodate the larger wheel/tire combo.

I would only remove them if you NEED to.

That is what leads to my question. I did not want the Sasquatch pac and I was wondering how visible the front crash bar is with the Modular bumper and if you don’t need them for the 35’s then should be safe to remove front.

You see them if you are looking for them. You can see them looking through the gap from above and straight on you see them if looking down for them, but they are not super noticeable I would say.....

That sounds like flawed logic to me. We don't have enough information to understand why the crash bars are not there on the sasquatch vehicles. We only assume it was because they don't fit. But we've already seen aftermarket companies make different bars that will fit. So does that mean Ford knows something that aftermarket companies don't? I assume they have done the accident models and found with the larger tire the benefit of the crash bar is reduced enough that it can be removed. Does that mean you can remove it with smaller tires? I only know I can't assume anything.

Yes. Why sacrifice safety to look a bit better anyway.

Just throw some 35” on there. Problem solved.
