I suppose "cool", and "cheap" depends on personal tolerances. So far, I've added stick on red letters on my grill, red ring shackles on the modular front bumper, chrome Bronco script badges to the front fenders, molded door pockets in place of the nets, and rubber cargo mats on the back of the rear seats. I have about $300.00 in all of that. I think that is at least "cheap", if not cool.
