Confirmation of Order

Quick question. I placed my order through a dealership on the day the ordering banks opened up. Just received my confirmation of order from Ford today. Was just wondering if this has been the typical experience for those ordering, or if I should be concerned the order wasn't actually placed until recently.

Same situation for me. I just checked my email and had the confirmation today. Must have taken a bit for order processing.

Velocity Blue, Black Diamond, Soft Top, 2.3L, Auto, Tow, Mid. In production since 2/1. Rotting on Ice Mountain.

Dealer could have been sitting on it too.

Past - 87 Suz Sam; 76 ChevBlaz14 Rubi 2 Dr -35's First Auto 4wd. Ox Wht 2dr Base SAS, bumper, Flr-lin, 2.7 aux switches.

That was my concern. I sure hope that's not the case, since their doing so may cost me a lot of money or force me to have to buy a different vehicle.

The few extra days won't make any difference. Ford is supposed to start looking at orders to schedule on the 28th so as long as your order is in by that date, it will be eligible.

Received this last Tuesday. When I log into my Ford.com account, It appears to not be ordered (second picture). Should I be concerned? Thank you

Did you do a reservation and convert to order or did you go into a dealership and order without making a reservation?

I went into the dealership on a Saturday and put a down payment on one. The following Tuesday (10-19-21) the dealership sales manager placed the order and I received an email (first picture) immediately from Ford.

I had the same issue when I reordered. I believe there are 2 different ordering systems and since you ordered directly from the dealership instead of making a reservation, it won't show on your Ford account.

Register at Ford.com. If you didn’t reserve your bronco online, you probably will never be able to see it in the reservations and orders of your ford account.
