I placed an order early December with my local dealer and I have not gotten a confirmation email. I've been told I should of gotten one after placing it and also that until ford picks up the order i wont get one. Can someone confirm that for me please? Not sure if my dealer is being dishonest or not.

You should have received an email from Ford Motor Company the day of or day after you placed an order with your dealership. Did you get an order summary that lists the trim and options you chose? If so, do you see your dealer sales code (starts with an F), order number and priority code? They should all be apparent on the summary. The email from Ford I received looked like this:

The rest of the email went into detail about what you should expect next and that they are experiencing delays in being able to fill orders (to put it mildly).

I waited 2 weeks to find out Dealer never processed order.
Reordered through another Dealer, and got confirmation email within 1/2 hour.
Check with your CC Company to see if Deposit was charged to your account.

My dealer didn't ask for a deposit and im having my sales guy check today. They are saying it hasn't been "picked up" by ford yet but shouldn't i still get a order confirmation email?

I completed a order a couple weeks ago and didn't get an order confirmation email, didn't know I should have. A week later I changed my order to a different trim so they basically re-did my order and that same day I got the confirmation email on my reorder. Never did get the confirmation email on my original order

I have a pretty good feeling that your Dealership has the order but never turned it in, (like I said) the feeling I get is that they are over their allotment for the year, and they are just stringing you along hoping to keep you as a customer who wants a Bronco. The longest I have seen not get that E-mail was about 16 days, I was a 12 days before I got mine. The next Dealership you go to you need to do yourself a favor, ask if you would be in this year's Allotments, get yourself an Order Summary the day you order it, and ask for a Signed Purchase Agreement.
If they give you all of the above then they are a dealership that wants your business....
Good luck to you! (y)

ordered in October and I have not received an email...dealer assured me the order is in ford’s system...called Ford with dealer provided order code & sales code on order summary and they verified they have the order. I believe the dealer did not provide Ford with my info?? But cannot verify...at any rate, not good...

You could try getting a hold of your sales person at the dealership and make sure they put in the right E-mail for you. The information that @OBXBroncoGuy provided will also be some pretty good help for you.
Good luck to you!

So many challenges, so much waiting and so many different results. I feel bad for all members of BN still waiting, dealers trying to do the best they can and Ford trying to build our orders during a shit show (Covid, supply chain, worker shortages, MIC issues, etc). I made a reservation early last February and converted my reservation February 13th. I’ve received all the swag but just wanted my Bronc. Low and behold I received a call from my dealer today ( btw they have been awesome) Ford has accepted my order for production. It’s a OB Sasquatch, modular top, 2.7 with almost every option checked. I know that mean in about 90 days till I get my ride. Hang in there and don’t give up. I’m the same guy that waited a year for the new 2002 T-Bird yes, I got that swag while I waited back then as well. It will happen, don’t settle for somethng else and don’t give up. This will be my 3rd new Bronco in 35 years!!!!

The order build summary has the dealer number and order number (as well as a priority level and other information). This is something your dealer should have given you to sign and date when you placed your order. The email from Ford does not contain this information. It only appears on the order summary from the dealer. The summary lists the trim level and all of the options you chose.

My code went from a 19 to a 10. I've heard that's good, but it's still Greek to me.

From everything that I have read, as far as Priority codes a 10 - 19 has no affect on which ones MAP will build first. They say as long as you're not outside that number everything is good. However if you are under a priority code 10 that is telling MAP that this thing needs to be built prono, reasons I've heard for codes under a 10 is because if a Dealership messed up your order or your vehicle comes in damaged and you don't want it repaired, the Dealership will make sure that MAP moves you to the front of the line to get it built..
