Bronco Sport "light cooling fan noise" ?

Our car is 1.5l with 400 miles Before we even get in car if we open doors or hatch a fan like electrical humming noise runs for 5 -15 minutes. It seems to come from the headlight areas and fuse box After we drive the vehicle with or without lights after we shut warm car off same noise happens for same time. Car runs perfectly with all mechanicals and electronics fine. No warnings or diagnostic message from touchscreens. Any ideas? Our dealer is no help unless we bring it in 60 miles away
