My Bronco wouldn't start in the cold weather, I understand the weather makes it hard for it to start but when I attempted to start the vehicle the starter didn't even try to turn the engine. The battery wasn't dead because all the electronics were working, I also attempted to boost the vehicle and it still didn't work. After having it plugged it and the weather getting a bit better, eventually my Bronco started. Is there a reason the starter would not even attempt to turn over? Is there some kind of system that prevents the starter from turning under certain temperature conditions?

I “wouldn’t” think exterior temps would have anything to do with it.
Manual or Automatic?
In gear ?
Seatbelt ?
Door shut ?
Ford Pass have it locked out ?
Foot on the brake ?

It's a manual, everything else shouldve been the way it was.

Also “Welcome to the Bronco Nation”
It’s only guess work for me ,
I would assume it read the trans either in gear or the clutch not engaged all the way ?
