My 24 Heritage is ordered. Shadow black, 2.7L. I am a former Bronco owner and have been waiting for several years now to get another. I've been driving a Jeep Wrangler for the past 11 years. Excited to be back in a Bronco! Hope to have it by February or March at latest.

Already looking at mods. It comes with the capable bumper and I'm looking to buy the modular instead. Anybody have advice on how best to get one for a good price? I'm looking on Facebook marketplace but none near me yet. Is dealer a good option?

Congratulations on your order! It sounds like a beaut. There are a lot of folks who get their Bronco with the Modular Bumper but then decide to trade it for an aftermarket version that better suits their tastes or needs. My advice is to place free ads in the parts for sale/trade sections of the free online forums and simply wait for someone who’s ready to make the swap. Chances are you’ll be able to find a relatively new, unblemished Modular Bumper. The dealer option is likely to be pricey, so go the private sale route first. My advice is to stay away from Instagram purchases; that site is rife with scammers. Good luck!
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Glad to help! Your Bronco is going to be a real head-turner. I hope it goes into production quickly and that your wait is tolerable. I waited 14 months for my Badlands, but that was when things were a bit more complicated. I trust things are better now.

I sure hope so too. Hate you had to wait that long.. that must have been tough! I'm already watching mod videos every day...😀

I was actually okay with the wait. I literally walked to work every day. I don't need a car, and didn't have a car for a while before ordering the Bronco. You could call it an expensive toy for me. LOL

My advice on the wait is to take it in stride and learn as much as you can about the new Bronco so when they hand you the key, you'll be familiar with its features and capabilities. Also, try to keep your "mod" purchases to a minimum prior to taking delivery since the aftermarket is constantly growing and improving. Your options and choices may change in the interim, so you can save money by waiting until you take delivery before investing in mods. My modus operandi is to establish a need first, then make a purchase.

I'm really happy for you. These are exciting times! Keep us posted on your build status and share photos of your Bronco when it hits the ground. 🙂
