On a Saturday, I decided to build my own rear seat delete to use my Bronco, if need be, as a camper, and have room for my 2 dogs. I removed the rear seats with 18mm deep socket wrench, used a fork to remove 4 plastic interior screws around the seat belt, left the seat belt (female) alone (folded down), used a contour gauge to make a cardboard template, saw cut my OSB board, used Gorilla spray adhesive (1 can), to glue grey carpet on the board. It took 1 full day since I still ran errands. The 2 rear seats were lightweight to remove. I tried to look on-line and saw rear delete kits for about $900 and thought I could build my own for less. Carpet (just bought 1 piece that was 6'x8') and spray adhesive bottle was less than $100, and I already had a saved OSB panel. I left notches in the board so I can still use the tie-downs.
