I’m planning a two day road trip with my family. There’s four of us in total - 2 adults, 2 preteens. I’d like to make it as comfortable as possible for the kids in the back and reduce some of the road noise. Any advice or tips???

Hmm I have been in the back seat a few times it is pretty comfy. We have a poor fitting hard top so we have a bit of wind noise sounds like a window is cracked open other than that it is fine after about 10 minutes you get used to it. Just remember the back seats have two seating positions one is straight up the other is slightly reclined, the reclined option is way more comfortable

Soft top or hard top? If you have a soft top, I will be selling my Dirty Dog headliner that quiets the soft top quite a bit (makes it quieter than the hard top). Dirty Dog no longer makes these, so I'll give you a great deal on it.

The worst road noise from the rear in a soft top comes from the rear panels. They are right by the passenger ears. Stuff some pillows between the soft top supports and the window and that makes a drastic difference.

If you don't have a 2025, remember that you do have vents under the seat, and HVAC can be directed to the rear using those on the floor setting!
