Hi everyone. Looking for some advice. Anyone from the community have suggestions of trails to ride? I'm visiting family in NJ for the next week and looking for something new to do. Would like to stay within an hour drive from the Lake Hopatcong area. Thanks!

If you have onX, there’s a lot near that area. Otherwise, check out Wharton State Forest. I ride there with a local group.

Wharton is fun and not super technical however, they do have a few hidden gems that can challenge even the most capable rigs. I met @jennafromphiladelphia there a couple of months ago with the @Tri-State Broncos crew! #TreadLightly

Thanks. I remember you mentioning that when we met @ SuperCel. Looks like fun. Unfortunately, that is a 2hr drive each way from where I am.

Go down the shore to Island Beach State Park (Pkwy exit 82)! Ride on the sand to Barnegat Inlet (across is Old Barney Lighthouse).
Caveat! Must be outfitted for sand: shovel, base platform, tow rope, fire
ext. Fee involved!
Magnificent!
