CB radio and antenna suggestions

Ok, so the antenna placement is all the way to the back because of the cargo basket and is resulting a high swr reading. I'm going to try adjusting the antenna length to see if that fixes it. If not a glass mount antenna it is!

So after much anguish and gnashing of teeth I finally got an antenna system to work! There does not seem to be enough ground plane on the Sport to use a standard antenna. Today I installed a non ground plane antenna and it works! Low and consistent SWR! Now to test the range.

Pics or it didn't happen!! LOL JK I think for us Bronco owners our options are very limited to the front of the truck or if one isn't taking off the full top then maybe the rear with a non-ground on the MIC
