Yesterday marked 55 years since Ford introduced the world to its brand new vehicle, the Bronco. Held at the Ford Romeo Proving Grounds, the event was dubbed 'The Bronco Stampede,' and it gave members of the press opportunity to drive the Bronco for the very first time. The event was a hit, and the media's response to the Bronco was universally positive. In celebration of Bronco's 55th birthday, Bronco Nation is thrilled to share this special photo series of how the events of August 11, 1965 unfolded. Enjoy!
