Oh No. I hope I don't have transmission issues after 400 miles

Oh man, I might have another issue with my WT.
After having my back Window explode last Sunday (3/17), dealer is waiting on Ford to determine why this happen for no apparent reason at all.
Now we might have a new problem. I've had the WT for 4 weeks now, 400 miles and haven't been able to drive it for a week because of the rear window.
Now there could be a transmission issue with the WT. A few days after we got the WT on 2/25, my wife told me that when she puts the vehicle in drive, the rear end would buck up, I just told her it's a Bronco, that's what they do. When I tested it, it is very noticeable. Again, I just thought that was normal for a Bronco 2.7 Sasquatch Wildtrac. Honestly we didn't notice this when we test drove it as it was late on a Sunday. But then, even if we had, we probably would've thought this was normal for a 2,7 Sasquatch.
Well, today I was at the dealer, drove a Badlands that I had originally order. I wanted to at least look at it. It was a 2Dr Sasquatch, and this Badlands did not do this. The transmission shifted from park to drive was very smooth, so I ask to look at a WT also on the lot, and it did the same as the Badlands. Very smooth. I checked the idle speed of both the Badlands and WT, they were 0.8. The salesman told me to check my WT idle, he said if it's more to bring it in, and if it's the same to definitely bring it in as it sounds like a transmission issue.
I've owned a OBX 2.7 and also never noticed this as well.
Maybe someone here can provide additional info on transmission.
BTW: I did test drive the Badlands, drove it home for my wife to see. I told her IMO, I like the drive of the WT better. Maybe because of the HOSS 3.0. So, I'm sticking with the WT, but now this potential new issue on top of a broken window. Surely don't want a transmission issue on a brand new Bronco.

Fox shocks vs. the Bilsteins on the Badlands is probably what you're noticing. I feel like the Fox are softer. Made more for running fast in the desert where you need a lot of soft travel. Your WT issue seems odd. I agree with whoever told you to check the idle speed. If it's too high you can get that effect. Easy fix if that's the problem.

I would also give it a little more time. I'm not sure how long it takes but your transmission is still learning your driving style. It's possible it could smooth out in the future.

I get a bunch of that... Increased significantly when I changed my suspension. Back end raises and front end lowers when I put it in drive with the brake on. Did it slightly when I had the HOSS 2 Bilsteins but does it significantly more now that I have gone to a softer King set up. Most apparent when I first start up and the engine is still in warm up at higher RPMs... Not an issue for me.

We get it sometimes even with the 2.3l and my brother mentioned it in his 2.7l Basesquatch. it feels like the rear end is coming out of a pot hole or something. 26,000 miles and really no issues, so i chalk it up to a Bronco thing. But I am sorry to hear about your window @Jack Evans but I have heard of that several times on the forums. either bad batch of glass or bad window struts.

You know, I was thinking about this, and I was wondering, do you use the recommended procedure of putting the Bronco into neutral, then applying the brakes, and then putting it in park? I know that the folks at Off-roadeo are death on you following that procedure.

Like I said, I learned about it while I was at Bronco Offroadeo. It takes the stress off the pin that holds your car in park.
