Worse yet I had mine pictured and documented by 4 different service managers within the warranty but constant turnover and lack of dealership tracking I may be SOL I have 3 years of service records with it listed as job 2 or job 3 and notes from each time I took it in for anything else and had them note the top in the service records. I have texts and emails from 4 service managers that are date stamped and they know the mileage from those dates. Current service manager is trying to help but Ford's stance is why didn't the dealership deal with it earlier even though they have the real time communications going back 3 years from 2 dealerships and repeatedly implied it should be replaced but they were waiting to catch up on tops. Maybe 5 decades of blue oval loyalty means nothing and I should just get a Toyota.

Hmmm. I was looking at my top today and it has a lot of the hexagon texture to it. Maybe I should have it looked at.
