I have a 2023 Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch Package that we purchased new. We love the vehicle but continue to have issues with leakage both from car wash and mother nature. The seals have been replaced 3 times already and dealer just replaced the roof panels with no relief. Just dropped off for the 5th time to have it "repaired".
Is anyone else having any water leakage issues on the front panels? If so, have you had the issue repaired and what was done?

Prior to sending any information, would like to know with whom I am speaking with. Can't be too careful these days. But just to let you know on mileage it is about 10,900. Not bad considering we purchased in September 2023. If you would like to identify yourself to me so i feel comfortable speaking please contact me through [email protected]

We have 2024 Wildtrack that has an occasional small leak on the front passenger panel. (it drips down right in front of the most forward bolt where you'd mount overhead grab handles) We notice it whenever we go through the car wash. We just bought this in Feb of this year (as a leftover) and it has about 1k miles on it. Haven't started looking at it yet but interested in what you find out.

I've had zero leak issues with my 2021 MIC2 hard top. Having said that, I decided early on to not mess with the factory seals because I fear leaks if I do so.

VIN: 1FMEE5DP5PLB87705 Send me a link to my private e-mail please: [email protected] We have had in to dealership 5 times now since 09/2024. We purchased 09/2023 so well within the 18 mos. requirement for the start of the documentation. Four times in April for same thing. Seals replaced 3 times, front roof panels once, and last time an adjustment to the panels. Yet passenger side looks tighter than drivers side which leaks but dealer said tightened as much as can tighten. See attached picture of last time through car wash. It is soapy water. I got wet.... Taken May 2, 2025 after we picked up
