What does a membership include?
Bronco Nation Membership includes access to The Bronco Nation member map, event, and community functions, as well as exclusive pricing on parts, gear, and accessories. Every member is assigned a unique member number that can be used to customize gear for you and your Bronco. Members can also find member-exclusive gear in the gear store (members-only section launching soon!). A full list can be found here.
Where can I view my membership details?
To view your membership details, simply log in to your user account → account details → subscriptions. Here you can view your membership type, member benefits, and navigate to the gear portal to make any changes to your subscription.
Note that all subscription changes must be made in the gear store portal. You can navigate to the gear portal through your subscriptions page, or by logging in here, and navigating to manage subscriptions. If your gear account has not been set up, you may have to create an account with the same email used to purchase your membership.
Note that changes made to your membership may not be reflected in your subscriptions page until your next order is processed, and the gear store portal can be used to view your most up to date subscription information.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, log in here, navigate to account details → subscriptions → log into your gear store portal. In the gear store portal, navigate to manage subscriptions → choose your subscription → cancel subscription.
Alternatively, you can log into the gear store portal here → manage subscriptions → choose your subscription → cancel. If you have not created a gear store account, you may have to create one with the same email used to purchase your membership.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
We now only offer one membership tier: Bronco Nation Membership. However, all members can now purchase yearly gear bundles in the gear store (previously only available to Premium Members).
What if my membership isn’t showing up in my profile?
To connect your membership to your profile, the same email you used to purchase your membership must be the email attached to your user account. To request an email change, or if you have used the same email and still cannot see your membership, contact us at [email protected]
How long does membership last?
Membership is valid one year from purchase date, and automatically renews annually at $24.99. To prevent renewal, simply cancel your membership.
What do I do if my member number is not correct?
If you believe the member number listed in your profile is not correct, reach out to us at [email protected] and we can verify and correct your member number.
