I see so many stories about bad dealerships I wanted to share a positive one.

I was a 7/15/20 reservation, 1/25/21 order pushed to '22, reordered 10/19/21 and got a build date of 1/17/22 with estimated delivery of 2/15/22 that was pushed to 5/17/22. Long story short, my Bronco was built 1/18 and I just took delivery today. 2-Door, 2.3 with manual and towing.

Through all of this, multiple people at Team Ford politely answered every question I had and kept me updated along the way. They told me when the Bronco was on a rail car headed to Vegas with an estimated arrival of 3/4 and when it came in they offered to rush it through inspection and detailing so I could pick it up Saturday afternoon but I declined. I had waited this long, two more days so they didn't have to rush was fine with me.

We agreed upon MSRP from the start. At that time they gave me a signed Retail Buyer's Order & Invoice that showed exactly what I would pay upon delivery; tax, title, doc fee, etc. included. No excess fees, no ADM. At no point did they try to sell me on scotch guarded seats or any other bogus dealer added options. When I picked the Bronco up this morning, I was in and out in about an hour. I was offered food and beverages and treated like a customer not an opportunity, if you know what I mean. There was no pressure in any way shape or form and it was quite possibly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle, Team Ford will be my first stop. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

As some background; I initially picked that particular dealership because they operate an Off-Road racing team and were very involved with the initial development of the Raptor. I work in the motorsports industry so supporting others who support my profession was important to me.

If you opt to work with Team Ford, I recommend asking for Chad. He's a good dude and the one that I spoke with most.
