Order Confirmation Email?

I’ve seen people posting confirmation emails from Ford. Has everyone received one of these? I placed my order on March 3rd and never received an email from Ford. My reservation does say order now with the date I ordered it. Just wondering why I didn’t get an email. And yes I did check my junk folder.

I didn't receive an email confirmation and the information on Ford.com was very generic. So, I got hold of my dealership over the weekend, just to make sure. They gave me a build sheet and order confirmation to show that it was ordered successfully and that the features/options were right. Going into the 3/19 deadline, I didn't want to chance it and glad I made direct contact with the dealer and have 'paper in hand' now.

New acquisition - Ranger Lariat Tremor, Rapid Red "Quake" (Skwach's little brother)

I received a build sheet from the dealer and my reservation # on Ford's site switched to an order #. I received a notice from Ford that my reservation had changed, but this was due to me switching dealers; no email when I ordered. On another note, Is everyone getting a 2021 MY listed on their build sheet? Guess we'll all find out when our order will be built soon.

Finally was able to place my order on Friday. Received the build order sheet from the dealer. Received a somewhat updated email from Ford. Model and color were correct and it just showed a couple of the options that are on my order sheet. Emailed dealer and he said this was normal. My reservation page in my Ford account has not been update yet.

Don't think you or anybody will get an answer to your question. Maybe dealer typed in wrong email, maybe dealership didn't click that box that might have said "send conformation email. Could be a system being down. who knows, but you have a order number, you've confirmed it and that's all that matters for now. Grats and good luck!

same here with build priority 19, so who knows if its a 21' or not. We'll know before Jun..

I ordered on Jan 21st but never received an email from Ford. I called and they said that I have an order. As long as your Ford account says In Store Order, you are good.

I got the confirmation email within seconds of the dealer hitting the enter button. That said my online account has yet to be updated more than a week later.

I went in and converted my reservation on 3/6 and within an hour I got a thank you for ordering from my dealer and a confirmation of my order from Ford. Got the one from Ford one minute before the dealer. Step one done

Yep, had my email from Ford within a few minutes and the dealer gave me my build sheet as a hard copy too

Yep, had my email from Ford within a few minutes and the dealer gave me my build sheet as a hard copy too

same here, it was fast enough that the email came before the rep came back to me, but they just gave me a copy of what I did on the build&price. Should have asked for the order summary at the time but o' well. Got that now since made the changes I wanted

Did you get a copy of the build sheet? They should have had you sign one for verification. And I was able to login to Ford.com
