Has anyone else ordered their bronco from LHM? They have been terrible for communication and didn’t put our original order in for weeks. When we made the change for the top they didn’t even get back to us until after the deadline. Now we have to resubmit our order per Fords email but I’m so afraid that they are going to mess it all up and we will go to the end of the line again!

When we first ordered the dealer said our number was good enough and we would have it in September.

Unfortunately there is no good enough. Hopefully you have your reservation and printed build order sheet from the dealership. Make an appointment on Wednesday or after, take your paperwork in and sit down with them. Get it in writing with your agreed upon price. Keep a file. Time stamp should be good

I ordered from LHM in the Denver area. I have to say that it was a good experience. They let my wife and me spend all the time we wanted looking over their demo and playing with the soft top. I made several trips to the dealership, one with my kids, to get their approval. We submitted our order in September of this year. It did take a few days for them to put the order in, so I did nudge them about it and it was done by the end of the day. I then made several changes to my original order, mostly around the color. My build date is end of November. BlackDiamond Manual in Area 51, no major add ons just towing package.

They told us today that they might return our call in 2-3 weeks and tell us what is going on with our day one order!

I ordered with them and don't have any other complaints except the communication is bad. I did find out they are looking at using the customer satisfaction money from Ford to pay the rest of the second person fee for offroadeo and pay for gas/hotel (at least as much that is left). They want to reserve a day and have everyone go up together.

What do they have for a Mannequin at LM?

Sorry, it says they will be doing dealer mark ups on any bronco that is not a reservation.
