Got my first dreaded automated robo email today 😩

By the sounds of it, it was one of those "We're working really hard to fill your order, but high demand and supply chain shortages have complicated our..." emails. 😖
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Let's see, if Ford doesn't send any e-mail at all, they're evil. If they send you a so called "robo- email", that's awful as well. What do you want? Do you expect individual personalized phone calls made to THOUSANDS of order holders?

Maybe people expect Ford to stop with the excuses? Or why bother with the "We are working hard to build your Bronco" and either give a rough timeline or don't even bother reaching out at all. Just my thoughts anyways.
