You probably have too many of the letter "t".

Which order number are you using?

Ford’s order tracker rarely works for me. I’ve had my VIN for a month and only got the page to find my order on two occasions. It’s frustratingly unreliable.

The tracker is not accurate at all. Didn’t work half the time. Your dealer will have the most accurate information.
My ship and shipped dates kept moving. The dealer gets notification when it shipped and then again when
it will arrive. The dealer kept me posted and it was on his lot when he said it would be there

Some days it works, most days it doesn't. The backdoor tracker still shows my 2/7 build date and in production, even though it's been moved 4 times lol. It will get here when it gets here.

Agreed. My husband was able to pull it up. But I couldn't. Frustrating as all get out.

That is a dealer retail order code. You will not be able to track anything on your order with that. You need an 8 digit reservation number to be able to track. Unfortunately the only updated information you will receive is from your dealer. Other than the e-mail saying your order status has changed when it got pulled for production.

You dont need an 8 digit number to track. I use my 4 digit order number and my VIN. It works well because I check it 28 times a day.

My understanding was you can't use the tracking tools without the 8 digit number from a prior reservation. Interesting.

Like, how? I have my 4 digit WBDO number and VIN. It has worked twice, and then never again.

I just use the tracker that Ford emailed me when I got my build date

The tracker is a bit of a distraction, it works on occasion , but more often does not! Mine still shows its being built but my dealership called me and said it was shipped!

Try this link: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/?vin=ENTERYOURVIN

You'll need your 4 digit order number and your VIN number to log in.

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

@Garemlin It depends on what site you're trying to get into. The old "back door" site required a reservation number only. The "pizza tracker" site https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/?vin=ENTERYOURVIN wants a VIN and an order number. Ford doesn't make it easy ...

….and to add the first link that uses your VIN will require the 4 character order number from your dealer’s order sheet. If you’re scheduled and got an email with a build date and a “Track Your Order” link the required information should populate automatically but you might need to try a few times. It can also be entered manually. This tracker won’t show much until your Bronco is actually in production but it does have a link for your window sticker that‘s available as soon as a week before your build date.

On the other hand while the link below, widely known as the “back door link” will require your longer reservation number which turned into your order number when your reservation was converted to an order. This link hadn‘t been working for several weeks until today and now it seems most are seeing their latest build week via this link.

Lastly, if the link below shows a build week then Your dealer has the ability to find the exact build date within that week 2-3 weeks in advanced. Whether or not they’re willing to look this up is between you and them….

Also, if you can get your window sticker, I would highly recommend downloading it. My experience has been that they appear and disappear from the site. Once you can view that window sticker, it contains the blend date for your Bronco. For those who don't know, the blend date is the date that your chassis and your body are "blended" together. It's a wonderful marriage! ;)

“Blend date” is also the day for the celebratory blending of the mixer and whisky/tequila/vodka, well you get the message!
