Ford Vehicle Order Tracking not working

I received an email that my Bronco is scheduled for Production the week of 11/15. I have the VIN number and the link to the link to the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking from the email. Everytime I try to check my order, I get the error below. I've seen posts where others have gotten this to work. I've been checking daily with no luck. I still don't trust that my Bronco is actually scheduled for production. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

So I tried a different order number (from my printed Order Summary from my Dealer) and got it to work. I was using the Order Number off my Reservation screen. The information from the Order Tracking System contradicts the email that I had received saying it was scheduled for production. So confused!

I haven’t been able to get my tracker to work for weeks. I am not sure why. My sales guy says still on target, but I want to know myself. Any advice?

Yeah, you have to use your order number from the print out from the dealer. There is so a new/different link that Ford Customer Service gave me yesterday…I will share it when I get to work later

Here is the link that I was told to use and then it started working! Remember to use the order number that is on the paper from the dealership.

I had issues on the order tracker page also. I was using a 10 digit order number. Then I used T035 for my order number with my VIN then it worked. T035 came from my invoice.

I finally got mine to work this week and was so excited. It had all the options I picked. It’s exciting because I don’t see much about the 2022’s . My production date is the 9th so I am anxiously waiting. Fingers crossed.

It wasn't working forever, all good now. In production this week.

I seem to be having trouble looking at my order status again, an issue with the Ford site?

Try checking your tracking number in a Private/Incognito browser page. For the longest time, I couldn't log into my Ford account on my browser and figured out that if I switched to a private tab, I could get in.

It feels fitting... I don't want people know that I'm checking in on my order 10,000 times a day! That's between me and Ford! lol

I'm not able to check my status either. Just redirects to empty form. I tried incongnito (firefox) but no luck

I have found that the Ford tracking site is often not working. It seems to come and go. The emails you get from Ford are more reliable because even if you can get into the tracker, until it’s actually built it doesn’t really tell you much.

This link is helpful and typically works well. The order number is a 4 digit number that is on the build confirm that you dealer gives you.
