Does anyone at Ford have access to dealer allocation numbers?

With the fact that Ford doesn't even want dealers giving out allocation numbers you won't have any luck trying to get that information from them. Some dealers still give it out. Others don't.

The allocations are a fluid thing. The numbers change all the time. Like the good book says: Ford giveth, and Ford taketh away. No Hallelujahs or Amens

Very few dealers will reveal that information because if you knew, he very well may not get your business. Ford is not going to tell you because that would really piss off the dealers for the very same reason. The best you can hope for with a good dealer is to get him to tell you how many orders they have for Broncos and a rough idea of where you stand in that order bank. If you can sweet talk him into telling you how many Broncos they delivered last month, then you can guess that's his allocation. You can do the math after that to get a feel for time. If you have a real easy build you may jump ahead ! No one has figured the game out ! Good luck !!!

I was going to write a long diatribe on this issue based on conversations with my buddy that is a senior guy in the corporate sales organization at Ford (ie. dealership facing), but I've decided to just sum it up.

Ford corporate knows exactly what you are asking for. No one who has access to that information at Ford corporate will release it publicly. Period.

You best bet is to try your dealership. If your salesman won't tell your or doesn't know, ask to speak to the sales manager. If your sales manager won't tell you or doesn't know, ask to speak to the general manager. Make an appointment at the dealership if you have to. Unfortunately, if the dealership doesn't want to release the number of Broncos in their queue and/or their allocation/previous month's deliveries, there really isn't all that much you can do.

I believe a lot of dealers have no idea what their allocations are each month because as @TK1215 mentioned, they change every month. With that being said, they should be able to tell you how many they have been getting each month. It's a way of asking for allocation numbers without using the "A" word.

Finding out the previous month’s deliveries is your best bet. A sales person might give that up. I found out my approximate place in line and how many months I waited to determine a rough idea of their allocation.

Since deliveries first started my dealership has gotten right around 80-82 builds and two people are holding out for painted hard tops or heritage editions. I am ten away. As of three weeks ago they had 8-10 waiting to be shipped or on a hold.

I tried to get my salesman to give me some numbers......didn't work. "Unfortunately we cannot track who's gets built when. The system is all messed up." is the response I received. I aint mad at him. I honestly feel my dealership is one of the good people, they have not said or done anything to make me feel different.
