any difference in scheduling ?
I just submitted my new order converting to MY22 from MY21 . I ordered in Jan. 21 / 2021 . when I placed my first order it had a priority code 19 . now dealer told me he changed it to a code 10 .
is there any difference in or say - will this speed it up for a build ????? or does it matter like it's just a feel good number

For most Ford vehicles, the lower the number the higher the priority.
  • Codes 1-9 : Can only be set by FordMoCo themselves for expedited builds
  • Codes 10-19 : Priority codes for retail orders (aka: our orders)
  • Codes 20-80 : Priority codes for stock orders (aka: dealer lot orders)
  • Code 99 : The "do not build this order" code
For the Bronco... the priority code has no bearing on how fast you get your truck. Your reservation date trumps the priority code unless the priority code is set below 10.

EDIT: Just in case someone comes across this in the distant future... the priority code doesn't matter right now (Oct 2021) due to the Bronco's reservation system. One all the reservation orders have been fulfilled at your particular dealer, the Bronco will be scheduled similar to all of Ford's other vehicles, and the priority code will have an impact in how fast you get your Bronco relative to your dealer's other orders. Code 10 would be the highest priority order your dealer can place.

I was wondering this exact thing! This happened to me. I went from a code 19 (2021 order) to a code 10 (2022 order) after being pushed by Ford. I was hoping 10 meant quicker...lol! Since I’m a second day 7/14 reservation!

Under normal circumstances 10 would prioritize over a 19. With the Bronco not so much

Wouldn't it just prioritize it for the dealer. If the dealer as 3 on order they can do a 10, 11, 12 I suppose or throw them all in at 10 and see what happens.

That is how it used to be on orders. In relation to all of the different vehicles they have ordered. Now you are looking at reservation time stamp, parts constraints and allocations. At my dealership they are all a 10 code. Just tells Ford they want these built before anything else.
