Question for the Bronco Nation Store Management Team: When we (members) buy Turn Offroad products in the Bronco Nation Store for US delivery, you calculate and add a shipping charge, however if we buy directly from Turn Offroad they do not charge for shipping. This added shipping charge negates our Bronco Nation member discount and actually makes it considerably more expensive to buy from Bronco Nation vs from Turn Offroad directly based on their free shipping.
If the Bronco Nation Store is actually (physically) stocking and shipping their products I can understand why you're charging for shipping, however if you're relaying the order to Turn Offroad and then they drop ship it to us then I'm curious if the shipping charge is in error since Turn Offroad ships their products for free.
Is the shipping charge calculation relevant in your case or should we be getting free shipping like we would from Turn Offroad directly?
